Last updated: October 3, 2026. These terms govern use of the MyTGroup website and requests for business service quotes. An accepted provider agreement or written MyTGroup installation agreement governs the services it covers and takes priority over these website terms if they conflict.
Our role and your quote request
MyTGroup is a Texas IT company and channel partner that helps businesses compare internet, phone and eligible commercial electricity options and coordinate next steps. Your selected provider issues its service quote and agreement, and you sign up directly with that provider. MyTGroup also quotes cabling, network, office technology and security installation projects in DFW and North Texas.
Submitting a form requests a response. It does not purchase a service, accept a contract or reserve an installation date. Provider coverage, retail electricity choice, prices, features, equipment, number transfers and schedules depend on the address, provider and approved plan. Quotes may expire or change before acceptance. We confirm the applicable details with your quote.
Provider agreements and installation work
The selected provider’s agreement controls its service charges, taxes, billing, renewals, cancellation fees, warranties and service commitments. Review that agreement before signing. MyTGroup helps coordinate the process but cannot guarantee a third party’s availability, performance or completion date.
Our installation work begins only after the scope, price and scheduling arrangements are approved in writing. Equipment, labor, payment terms, testing and handover are defined in that agreement. Scope changes require written approval. You are responsible for accurate site information, authorized building access and property-owner permissions. Permits, construction dependencies and any provider responsibilities are confirmed for the project.
Information you submit
Submit accurate information and only request services you are authorized to discuss for your business. We use your contact and project details to respond and coordinate the services you request, and may share relevant details with suitable providers or installation partners for that purpose. Do not send passwords, alarm codes, payment-card details or other sensitive access information through a quote form. A quote request does not by itself enroll you in unrelated marketing.
Website content and third-party links
Website information provides general guidance and may be updated or corrected. It is not a binding offer or a substitute for your written quote. Provider and manufacturer names identify options; a listing does not mean every product is available or that a brand endorses MyTGroup. Third-party websites have their own terms and privacy practices. Use this website lawfully and do not interfere with its operation, misuse forms or copy protected content without permission.
Website warranties and liability
To the extent permitted by law, the website and general information are provided “as available,” without warranties of uninterrupted access or complete accuracy. MyTGroup is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising solely from use of the website or reliance on general website information. Responsibilities for paid services are governed by the applicable written agreement.
These terms do not exclude liability for fraud, gross negligence or willful misconduct, waive rights that cannot lawfully be waived, or override obligations in an accepted service agreement. Any limitation applies only to the extent allowed by applicable law.
Texas law, updates and contact
Texas law governs these website terms, subject to applicable federal law and mandatory legal protections. Disputes may be brought in a state or federal court in Texas that has proper jurisdiction and venue. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
