We agree the scope before work begins, then test the setup against the way your business answers calls.
Survey sites and call handling
We discuss staff roles, incoming calls, business hours and the numbers you want to keep. We review internet availability, Ethernet drops, switch power and room layouts. For several locations, we identify the person who approves account changes and the administrator responsible for each site.
Design extensions and the move
We map reception, departments, transfer paths and available after-hours routing. Existing device eligibility and subscription features are checked before quoting. Number transfers and service changes remain subject to provider approval; we plan cutover and fallback steps around confirmed dates.
Install devices and test calls
We connect supported phones, check network connectivity and help provision devices with the account permissions you authorize. We test incoming and outgoing calls, caller ID, transfers, voicemail and the chosen applications. New cabling and additional network equipment are scoped separately.
Train users and hand over records
We demonstrate how employees answer, hold and transfer calls on the devices they actually use. We review approved business-hour settings and document device locations and agreed call paths. Your team receives a clear point of contact for local support and provider coordination.
